Whitewater Fundamentals 4 Hour
Our Whitewater Fundamentals Course is designed to introduce you to the core skills and concepts of paddling in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This course is for anyone looking to gain an understanding of the key concepts for success and efficiency in kayaking.
Led by experienced, certified instructors, this course covers essential skills like boat control, stroke mechanics, reading the river, and basic safety techniques. Coming out of the course you will have the confidence to navigate rapids and have fun on your whitewater journey.

What To Bring
Comfortable and weather appropriate non-cotton clothes.
Drytop/Drysuit/Wetsuit - weather dependant
Boating Gear - kayak, paddle, PFD, helmet, skirt
Safety Gear - rope, float bags
Shoes or sandals with straps or laces.
Sunscreen and a hat.
A water bottle to stay hydrated.
A towel and change of clothes for after class.
