Join us for a unique overnight kayaking experience on the scenic Chattahoochee River. This 10 mile route is perfect for beginner and intermediate paddlers looking to experience the beauty of the Chattahoochee River while learning new skills and camping under the stars in a supportive environment. Thanks to the exclusive partnership between Paddle Pals and Wildwood Outfitters, this program offers a rare opportunity to experience an overnight stay on the river.

    This trip is ideal for individuals who:

    Have a basic understanding of kayaking or are eager to learn more about paddling techniques.

    Comfortable with moderate physical activity, as paddling 10-11 miles over two days can be strenuous.

    Prepared to be outside for the entire duration of the trip, including camping overnight.

    Enjoy nature and are ready to embrace the unpredictability of outdoor conditions, such as changing weather and river flows.

    Seeking an adventure and are comfortable with a group camping environment.

    Kayak Options: 

    For recreational and beginner participants, we provide stable, easy-to-use sit-on-top kayaks, paddles and all safety gear. Sit-on-top kayaks are ideal for building confidence and ensuring a safe, fun experience on the water. If you are an experienced paddler and prefer to use your own kayak, feel free to bring it along!
